We encounter, connect, and interact with others and objects around us. It helps develop our spatial awareness and our respect for the spaces of our friends, and when we join in with our friends it is a lovely way to strengthen our relationships with others. At each session we are given the opportunity to concentrate, listen to instructions, move our body, and dance with your friends. We are completely immersed in the experience.
